Crew member reviewing photographed roof findings on a Fort Worth job

How We Ended Up Doing It This Way

Roofing Fort Worth Pros exists because of a pattern anyone who works roofs in this county sees constantly. A homeowner gets three bids after a hail event. All three are a single number on a single page. Two recommend a full replacement, one recommends a full replacement and a claim, and none of them show the homeowner a single photograph of their own roof. The homeowner picks one, more or less at random, and hopes. That is not a market operating properly, and it is the reason roofing carries the complaint profile it does.

Our response was to change what gets handed over rather than what gets said. Every visit produces photographs of the actual roof, and every quote breaks the job into its parts with each one priced separately. Neither of those is difficult. Both of them are rare enough in Fort Worth that they function as a differentiator, which says more about the trade than about us.

The other half is staying put. Tarrant County gets worked over by travelling crews every spring, and a roof installed in April by someone who has left the state by July has a warranty in name only. We work the same cities year round, from Fort Worth and Arlington through Benbrook, Keller, Burleson, Mansfield and Azle, and we answer the same number in the autumn that we answered in the spring.

What We Are Trying to Do Here

The goal is narrow and we would rather state it plainly than dress it up: make it possible for a homeowner in Fort Worth to know what is on their roof and what it should cost, without having to take anyone word for it. Photographs remove the first problem. Line-item pricing removes the second. Everything else we do follows from those two.

That also means accepting the smaller job when the smaller job is correct. A roof that needs three slopes repaired gets quoted for three slopes repaired. We lose the replacement ticket and gain the referral, and over time that trade has worked out better than the alternative.

Six Things That Are True of Every Job

  • 01

    Estimates broken into lines

Tear-off, decking, underlayment, valley membrane, drip edge, boots, flashing, ventilation, ridge, disposal and permit, each carrying its own price. You can compare our scope against anyone else instead of comparing two unexplained totals.

  • 02

Repair recommended when repair is right

If the roof has service life left and the damage is contained, the report says so. That costs us the larger job and it is the reason most of our work arrives through someone who used us before.

  • 03

    Photographs of every finding

Nobody climbs their own roof. The images are how we close that gap, and they come to you whether or not you hire us.

  • 04

    Crews based in Tarrant County

Our people live and work here through the whole year rather than following hail across state lines. When a roof needs revisiting in six months there is someone here to revisit it.

  • 05

    Workmanship warranty written separately

The manufacturer covers the material on its own terms. We cover the installation, stated as its own line on the scope, because folding the two together is how homeowners end up thinking they have coverage they do not.

  • 06

    Texas rules on claims respected

We document damage thoroughly and meet adjusters on the roof. We do not adjust claims on a homeowner behalf and we do not make deductibles disappear, whatever the crew down the street is offering.

What We Will and Will Not Claim

We would rather list fewer things and have all of them be checkable. Our crews are insured. Inspections are free and produce a written report with photographs. Estimates are itemized. Permits are pulled and handled by us. Workmanship is warranted in writing, separately from the manufacturer material warranty, and material warranties are the manufacturer to give on their own terms. Cleanup includes a magnetic nail sweep across the drive, lawn and beds.

What you will not find on this site is a manufacturer certification badge, an association logo, a rating strip or a star count. Those belong to a company that has earned and verified them, and we do not put a mark on a page before it is real. When a credential applies, it will appear here with its tier and its number rather than as a logo with nothing behind it.

  • Insured crewsGeneral liability and workers compensation carried on every job we run.

  • Permits pulled and handledIncluded on the estimate as its own line. You file nothing with the city.
  • Magnetic nail sweep at cleanupDrive, lawn and beds swept before the crew leaves the property.
